Abstract
Starr agrees to autograph Black's copy of his book, and describes Admiral Baird's letter. He offers the loan of any documents when Black visits, and asks Black to let him know when he is coming. He tells Black late afternoon and evening would be best, as he is working. He thanks Black for his offer of help. Handwritten note on back that the book as been received, autographed and returned.
